THE BRIEF For the brand activation the client decided to host a party in a very short period of time. They wanted to create a futuristic atmosphere and add some performances to the event
Our SOLUTION The base of our creative concept was inspiration by cyber punk aesthetics: we mixed Blade Runner and aesthetic of an asian megapolis. We completely transformed the oldest theatre in Brussels, making it unrecognizable. Every detail matters to us — even the catering was curated to match the aesthetic of a futuristic Asia. For the performance, we invited artists from Portugal who work with AI technologies.

bar
THE BRIEF To create an open igloo bar in collaboration with Kempinski St. Moritz, establishing an atmosphere of comfort and luxury. The scope included designing and producing branded merchandise, supervising the construction, operation and dismantling of the igloo installation, as well as developing and producing a dedicated photo zone. The client requested a strong presence of branding and naming elements throughout the space. In response, we opted for a minimalist design approach to balance the visual identity while maintaining an elevated aesthetic.
Our SOLUTION We redesigned the architectural layout of the igloo to improve spatial comfort and guest circulation, ensuring the structure better reflected the standards of the brand and significantly improved the functionality compared to previous editions. A modest photo zone was developed to suit the expectations of the St. Moritz audience, focusing on elegance rather than experimental concepts. The merchandise collection was produced according to high quality standards, carefully adapted to seasonal conditions and the alpine environment.
THE BRIEF As one of the main sponsors of the ETHCC conference, LIDO wanted to create a side event to promote the company’s values and provide an opportunity to connect with conference attendees in a relaxed atmosphere.
OUR SOLUTION HearHere transformed a deconsecrated church in Brussels into a post-digital cathedral for 500 international guests. Preserving the solemn verticality of the historic architecture, we introduced a contemporary visual language through layered lighting, atmospheric interventions and site-specific installations, creating a cinematic, immersive environment. From concept to full-scale execution, the transformation was delivered seamlessly, redefining the space without disrupting its grandeur.

THE BRIEF As a principal sponsor of the St. Moritz Snow Polo World Cup, Beluga required a strong brand presence through pop-up outdoor bar where guests could gather comfortably while experiencing the brand’s aesthetic.
OUR SOLUTION HearHere designed an outdoor bar experience that balanced Beluga’s refined aesthetic with the distinctive visual language of snow polo, creating a welcoming space where guests could gather comfortably while enjoying premium service. A double-sided installation inspired by traditional alpine stables was developed as both a photo backdrop and an architectural element. Beyond its visual role, the structure provided privacy for the terrace, creating a more intimate atmosphere while integrating seamlessly into the snowy landscape. All scenic elements were produced according to technical requirements for installations on ice and designed with reusability in mind. Alongside the spatial design, HearHere curated and managed a program of local and international influencers — from research and selection to on-site hosting and content supervision — ensuring consistent and high-quality visibility for the brand throughout the event.
