THE BRIEF For the brand activation the client decided to host a party in a very short period of time. They wanted to create a futuristic atmosphere and add some performances to the event
Our SOLUTION The base of our creative concept was inspiration by cyber punk aesthetics: we mixed Blade Runner and aesthetic of an asian megapolis. We completely transformed the oldest theatre in Brussels, making it unrecognizable. Every detail matters to us — even the catering was curated to match the aesthetic of a futuristic Asia. For the performance, we invited artists from Portugal who work with AI technologies.

bar
THE BRIEF To create an open igloo bar in collaboration with Kempinski St. Moritz, establishing an atmosphere of comfort and luxury. The scope included designing and producing branded merchandise, supervising the construction, operation and dismantling of the igloo installation, as well as developing and producing a dedicated photo zone. The client requested a strong presence of branding and naming elements throughout the space. In response, we opted for a minimalist design approach to balance the visual identity while maintaining an elevated aesthetic.
Our SOLUTION We redesigned the architectural layout of the igloo to improve spatial comfort and guest circulation, ensuring the structure better reflected the standards of the brand and significantly improved the functionality compared to previous editions. A modest photo zone was developed to suit the expectations of the St. Moritz audience, focusing on elegance rather than experimental concepts. The merchandise collection was produced according to high quality standards, carefully adapted to seasonal conditions and the alpine environment.
THE BRIEF As one of the main sponsors of the ETHCC conference, LIDO wanted to create a side event to promote the company’s values and provide an opportunity to connect with conference attendees in a relaxed atmosphere.
OUR SOLUTION HearHere transformed a deconsecrated church in Brussels into a post-digital cathedral for 500 international guests. Preserving the solemn verticality of the historic architecture, we introduced a contemporary visual language through layered lighting, atmospheric interventions and site-specific installations, creating a cinematic, immersive environment. From concept to full-scale execution, the transformation was delivered seamlessly, redefining the space without disrupting its grandeur.

THE BRIEF Our task was to conceive a refined creative vision for a permanent exhibition celebrating the craftsmanship and heritage of a distinguished alcohol brand. This vision extended beyond a unifying narrative to include the bespoke design of each exhibit, ensuring a seamless dialogue between content and form.
OUR SOLUTION Rather than isolating concept and individual exhibits, we approached the project as a holistic orchestration of the visitor journey — a carefully curated sequence of impressions. Every element was meticulously considered, from the moment of arrival to the final, sensorial tasting experience. Our process was informed not only by an in-depth understanding of the production craft — gained through immersive visits to the distillery, production lines, and design ateliers — but also by a forward-looking perspective on contemporary and emerging trends.
This dual focus allowed us to create an exhibition designed to endure: one that remains relevant upon completion not only in its narrative, but also in its technological sophistication and aesthetic expression.

about the project This project was conceived as a corporate activation designed to introduce a new product vision and align teams around a shared narrative. The client’s objective was to create a controlled, high-impact environment where strategy, storytelling, and experience would merge seamlessly. Full venue privatization was essential to ensure confidentiality and focus. We selected a large spa hotel just two hours from Paris — a destination that combined discretion, comfort, and refined hedonism.
about the project The activation unfolded as a carefully staged journey. Structured presentations and seminar sessions introduced the product vision and key messages, while experiential moments reinforced them emotionally.

THE BRIEF As a principal sponsor of the St. Moritz Snow Polo World Cup, Beluga required a strong brand presence through pop-up outdoor bar where guests could gather comfortably while experiencing the brand’s aesthetic.
OUR SOLUTION HearHere designed an outdoor bar experience that balanced Beluga’s refined aesthetic with the distinctive visual language of snow polo, creating a welcoming space where guests could gather comfortably while enjoying premium service. A double-sided installation inspired by traditional alpine stables was developed as both a photo backdrop and an architectural element. Beyond its visual role, the structure provided privacy for the terrace, creating a more intimate atmosphere while integrating seamlessly into the snowy landscape. All scenic elements were produced according to technical requirements for installations on ice and designed with reusability in mind. Alongside the spatial design, HearHere curated and managed a program of local and international influencers — from research and selection to on-site hosting and content supervision — ensuring consistent and high-quality visibility for the brand throughout the event.

LIDO 30-200 per event 4-7 days each city around 3 months each Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam Production, Set-design
THE BRIEF The client needed dedicated spaces to meet clients and brand ambassadors in privacy during major European expos and industry events. Initially, the plan was to simply reserve tables in cafés and restaurants across different cities. We proposed a more integrated solution.
OUR SOLUTION HearHere developed a network of pop-up meeting spaces across Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels, designed to function as flexible environments for work, meetings and brand engagement. Each space was divided into several zones: a shared lounge for informal conversations and working sessions, a larger area for presentations and talks, and private rooms for confidential one-to-one meetings. The design of each location adapted to the character of the city and the venue while maintaining the client’s visual identity. Throughout the day, the spaces transformed according to the program — from morning brunch gatherings to closed product presentations and evening launch events. Each location featured a specialty barista and a curated line of custom merchandise created specifically for the project.

about the project Our client entrusted us with organizing a private side event during the ETHCC expo. From exceptional drinks and food to immersive set design and entertainment—every element combined to leave a lasting impression and unforgettable memories.
about the project In the heart of sunny summer Paris, we transformed a three-floor space into an interactive playground filled with entertainment: a ball pit swimming pool, arcade machines, table tennis, a dance floor with high-energy music, and a chill-out zone offering breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Navigation was seamlessly integrated through augmented reality apps. Guests could scan a QR code with their phones to view an interactive map of the space with suggested activities or see the event's name displayed as floating inflatable figures on the river.
